Parent and Carer Lending Library

Introducing Our Parent & Carer Lending Library!

Every parent knows that children don’t come with a handbook. Whether you are navigating the first-day-of-school jitters, trying to figure out the best parenting strategies for a strong-willed child, or supporting a neurodivergent learner, we all need a little guidance sometimes.

To support our amazing community, we are thrilled to announce the launch of our Parent and Carer Lending Library!

We have curated a fantastic collection of books packed with practical advice, expert insights, and comforting reassurance to help you navigate the ups and downs of family life.

What’s in the Collection?

Our shelves are stocked with resources covering a wide range of topics, including:

  • Smooth Transitions: Tips for starting school, moving up a year, or changing routines.

  • Parenting Strategies: Positive discipline, building resilience, and fostering emotional well-being.

  • Neurodiversity & Inclusion: Helpful guides on ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and supporting diverse learning needs.

  • Managing Challenging Moments: De-escalating tantrums, handling anxiety, and navigating big feelings.#

Where to Find It

The lending library is located right in the school office. Feel free to come in and browse the shelves next time you drop off your child or visit the school.

How to Borrow (As Easy as 1-2-3!)

We know you're busy, so we’ve kept the borrowing process incredibly simple:

  1. Browse: Choose a book from the display in the foyer.

  2. Sign Out: Speak to a member of our friendly office staff, and they will sign the book out to you.

  3. Return: When you’re finished, simply bring it back to the office so another family can enjoy it.

Community Note: There are no strict due dates or late fees—just please look after the books so we can keep this resource running for everyone!

We hope you find these resources valuable. If there is ever a specific topic or book you’d like to see added to the collection, please let us know.

Happy reading!
